1. What WPCursor Does

WPCursor is an AI-powered service that generates WordPress code based on your descriptions. You describe what you want to build, and we generate production-ready code that can be deployed to your WordPress site.

We are a tool.

The quality and appropriateness of generated code depends on the descriptions you provide and the complexity of what you request. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deploying it to a live environment.

2. Account Registration

To use WPCursor, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old.

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your password secure and confidential.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. Accounts cannot be shared, sold, or transferred without our written consent.

3. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Free Plan

• 10 credits per month.

• 1 connected website.

• No payment required.

Pro Plans

• Billed monthly through Stripe.

• Credits reset each billing cycle.

• Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan details.

Payment terms

• All prices are in US dollars (USD).

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

• Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.

• We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days’ notice before price changes take effect.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact us at support@wpcursor.com. We review each request individually and respond within 7 business days.

4. Your Content and Generated Code

Your content

You retain full ownership of all descriptions, prompts, images, and content you provide to WPCursor. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your account.

Generated code

You own the code WPCursor generates for you.

You are free to use, modify, distribute, sublicense, and sell it without restriction or royalty. We claim no ownership, ongoing rights, or revenue share on code generated for your account.

Our responsibility ends at generation

While we work to produce clean, functional, standards-compliant code, we do not guarantee that generated code is:

• Free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.

• Compatible with every WordPress configuration, plugin, or hosting environment.

• Compliant with specific accessibility standards, industry regulations, or legal requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all generated code before deployment.

• Testing on staging environments before pushing to production.

• Ensuring compatibility with your existing WordPress setup.

• Maintaining regular backups of your site.

• Complying with third-party plugin, theme, and service licenses.

• Ensuring generated code meets any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to your business.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

• Generate code designed to exploit, attack, or damage websites, systems, or users.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models, algorithms, or proprietary technology.

• Circumvent usage limits, credits, or access controls.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service, except through our official API if available.

• Impersonate others or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service itself to third parties without our written permission.

• Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

6. Third-Party Services and WordPress Ecosystem

WPCursor integrates with the WordPress ecosystem. When you use our Service:

• We generate code compatible with popular plugins and tools (Elementor, ACF, WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, Yoast, and others), but we do not guarantee compatibility with every plugin, theme, version, or hosting configuration.

• Third-party plugins, themes, and services have their own terms and licenses. You are responsible for compliance.

• We are not responsible for changes to WordPress core, plugins, themes, or hosting environments that affect the functionality of previously generated code.

• We do not provide support for third-party services, plugins, or hosting issues.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep WPCursor available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible).

• Unplanned technical issues or outages.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

Our property

The WPCursor name, logo, website design, user interface, and underlying technology (including but not limited to our AI models, algorithms, and infrastructure) are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding, trademarks, or technology beyond normal use of the Service.

Your generated code

As stated in Section 4, you own the code we generate for you. This is a clean transfer of ownership at the point of generation.

Open source

Generated code may reference, incorporate, or depend on open-source libraries. Where applicable, those libraries remain subject to their respective open-source licenses. It is your responsibility to review and comply with any applicable open-source license terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

• Damages arising from generated code, including but not limited to security vulnerabilities, data loss, site downtime, performance issues, or incompatibility with third-party services.

• Actions, omissions, or failures of third-party services (Stripe, WordPress hosting providers, plugins, themes).

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WPCursor, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service.

• Code generated for your account and how you deploy, distribute, or use it.

• Content you provide to the Service.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

By you

You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support@wpcursor.com.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in abusive, harmful, or fraudulent behavior.

• Fail to pay for your subscription after reasonable notice and a grace period.

What happens after termination

• Your access to the Service stops immediately.

• Code already generated and deployed to your WordPress sites remains yours.

• Account data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (deleted within 30 days).

• No refund is issued for the remaining period of your current billing cycle, unless required by law.

• Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@wpcursor.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days:

• Binding arbitration: Both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English.

• Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceedings.

• Small claims exception: Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of WPCursor after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may close your account before they take effect.

15. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WPCursor regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
